Finding a therapist who is the right fit for you can be hard and may take several attempts. However, it's important that you find the right therapist for YOU.
That's why I provide all potential clients with a free, non-obligatory 30 minute initial consultation which gives you the opportunity to understand how I work, ask any questions that you may have and discuss your goals of therapy, all before committing to therapy!
*Initial consultations are required prior to individual therapy commencing*.
Individual therapy sessions are currently being offered remotely (either via Microsoft Teams or telephone, dependent on your preference). Sessions last for 50 minutes and the frequency of sessions is entierly dictated by yourself. The luxury of private practice means that the client has the ability to engage in therapy for as long (or little) as they wish, meaning that the total number of sessions we have is totally led by YOU
Therapy provides a safe, non-judgmental space to understand your inner experiences, work towards your therapeutic goals and become the very best version of you.
I value authenticity and the therapeutic relationship, which is why I always show up as my true self, to enable you to feel safe to do the same.
I'm flexible in my approach and never ask anything of clients that I wouldn't be willing to do myself. I aim to build strong relationships with clients to facilitate your therapeutic journey.

Walk and talk therapy is essentially therapy that takes place walking in an outdoor space. There is extensive research that highlights the benefits of this type of therapy and it can be adaptable to all abilities and levels of fitness.
