In-person sessions are held in a quiet, comfortable setting in Doncaster (postcode DN3). I create a safe, grounding space designed to support healing from relational trauma - a place where you can feel truly seen and supported. Being in the same room can bring a sense of connection, calm and presence that's hard to replicate. It's a space just for you, away from distractions, where we can explore, process and make sense of your experiences together.

I also offer 1-2-1 therapy via Microsoft Teams or telephone - making my support accessible to you lovely humans across the UK, and perfect if you feel more comfortable in your own space. Remote therapy means you can begin your healing journey from the comfort and safety of home, without the extra stress of travel or unfamiliar environments. It's still deeply personal, connected and flexible - just with the added ease and flexibility that works for your life.

Walk and talk therapy takes a step away from the traditional therapy room, by blending the benefits of movement, nature and therapy. It's ideal if you love being outdoors, find nature soothing, enjoy movement whilst reflecting or prefer a less formal, more relaxed way of working through your thoughts and feelings. This approach is also perfect if sitting face-to-face feels too daunting or if you're looking for a more holistic, embodied way to heal.
You get all of the benefits of my usual 1-2-1 therapy but amplified by fresh air, movement and the grounding presence of nature!

The Reclaim Guide is a personalised support plan created by me, combined with 6 weeks of follow-up email support. It begins with a 90-minute appointment, where we work together to understand your specific struggles and goals. From there, we'll create a support plan tailored to your unique needs. Over the following 6 weeks, I'll be available via email to provide 1-2-1 guidance and help you navigate any hurdles along the way.
