I studied counselling and psychotherapy for 6 years and am qualified to master’s level. I’m accredited by the BACP and have over half a decade of experience working with relational trauma and complex abuse.
I specifically bring in attachment-based therapy, person-centred therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and somatic practices, combining them to support you in a way that feels safe, personalised and trauma-informed.
I believe all humans have an innate capacity to heal and are destined to reconnect with their core, authentic self. I create a real, raw, and authentic space with my clients, where you can truly feel seen, heard and supported; and gently reconnect with your inner magic.
My approach is relational, paced to your comfort and focused on helping you calm your nervous system, understand your patterns and build stronger, safer connections — with yourself and others.
Whether we meet face-to-face in Doncaster or online worldwide, I walk alongside you at your pace, helping you move from surviving to truly living.
