For the past five years, I’ve dedicated my work to supporting individuals who have experienced domestic abuse, attachment wounds, childhood trauma, and the invisible scars of relational trauma. As a trauma therapist, I treat each person as a unique individual, blending Attachment Theory, Person-Centred Therapy, CBT, and somatic approaches to create a safe, compassionate space where real change can occur.
