There isn’t one way of doing therapy that will feel right for everyone.
Whether you prefer the connection of being together in the same room, the flexibility of online therapy or the freedom of walking side by side outdoors, each approach can offer something a little different.
And together, we can explore what feels most supportive for YOU and your therapy journey.
A calm and grounding space where you can feel truly seen, heard and supported.
Coming to therapy can be an incredibly daunting and vulnerable process. And so, there can be something deeply powerful about being in the same room whilst sharing some of the things that may be bringing you here.
Having that space away from the distractions of everyday life can give you the opportunity to be more present and connected, creating room to explore, process and make sense of your experiences together.
Whatever you may be navigating right now, the four walls of my confidential and peaceful therapy room will welcome you in.
I currently offer 1:2:1 therapy in person in Doncaster (DN3). I pride my therapy room on being an inviting, cosy, confidential and safe place - somewhere you can show up as exactly as you are, without judgement or expectation.
Curious to see where we’ll be working together?

A flexible and personal way to access therapy from the comfort of your own space.
A lot of clients come to me from all over the world, which is one of the reasons that I also offer therapy via video call or telephone - making therapy accessible to clients both across the UK and internationally.
For some people, the thought of coming into a therapy room can feel daunting. Perhaps you feel more comfortable talking from a familiar space, or perhaps travelling to appointments simply doesn’t fit easily around your life. Or maybe you came across me and felt drawn to my way of working but realised that we lived hundreds of miles apart...
Online and telephone therapy can offer that added sense of comfort and flexibility, allowing you to access support without the added stressors that may come with face to face sessions.
Whilst we may not be sitting in the same room, our work together can still feel deeply personal, connected and meaningful. You can have the space to slow down, explore what’s going on for you and feel supported - from wherever you feel most comfortable.
Sometimes, having therapy from your own space can make it that *little bit* easier to take the first step.

A different way of experiencing therapy - with space to walk, talk, breathe and reflect.
"Walk and Talk" therapy takes a step away from the traditional therapy room, blending the benefits of movement, nature and talking therapy.
For some people, being outdoors can feel grounding and soothing. You might find that walking helps you to think and reflect more freely, or perhaps sitting face-to-face in a therapy room feels a little too daunting.
Being side by side, rather than opposite each other, can create a more relaxed and natural way of talking. There’s something about stepping outside, moving your body and having the space to breathe that can allow conversations to unfold differently.
We can still explore the things that are bringing you to therapy, process difficult experiences and make sense of your thoughts and feelings — just with the added grounding presence of nature.
Walk and Talk therapy may be particularly suited to you if you enjoy being outdoors, find nature calming or simply feel more comfortable with a less "traditional" way of working.
You’ll still have the same 1:2:1 therapeutic space and support, just with a little more fresh air, movement and room to breathe!
*walk and talk sessions take place in pre-agreed, quiet outdoor locations and are weather dependent; we can talk through the practicalities together before your first session*
Perhaps something in you is ready for things to feel a little different...
If you’re thinking about starting therapy, you’re welcome to get in touch. You don’t need to know exactly what you need or exactly which way of working will feel right for you. Getting in touch is simply an opportunity to tell me a little about what’s bringing you to therapy, ask any questions you may have and see whether you feel I might be the right person to support you.
There’s no pressure and no expectation — just a first step towards finding out whether I feel like the right therapist for you.
And from there, we can figure it out, together.
